Job Description

ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION: Pocklington, York

SALARY: £18,500 OTE £27K – Uncapped

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday – 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

My client is a local publication providing businesses the opportunity to advertise their products within a specific geographical location. Established distribution and a strong reputation are helping to increase readership and as such an exciting opportunity for an account manager has now become available. Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a valid UK driving licence and reside in the York/Hull area.

ROLE:

Office based role working as part of a vibrant team. Developing sales with potential new advertisers and existing clients to build the publication. Accountable for developing and managing business via a telephone based sales, effective account management, face to face presentations and field visits to improve local knowledge. Copy and design layout.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must have a solid background in a telesales environment. Be self motivated and driven by results Enthusiasm to achieve targets. Excellent communicator and can work on own initiative. Establish long term business relationships.
