Full Time Sales & Service Advisor (Inbound & Outbound)
Location: LS1
Salary: Basic £15,000 (OTE £20,000 - £25,000)
Hours of Work:
Example rota:
Wk 1 Monday – Friday 8 – 4.30pm (Lieu Day) and Full Day Saturday or Sunday
Wk 2 Monday – Friday 12.30 – 9pm

Our Client specialises in healthcare and is looking for sales and service advisors to follow up sale enquiries where customers have requested a call back. You will also answer incoming calls. Our client has a reputation as an excellent employer who enjoys high levels of staff retention; they treat all staff as individuals not as numbers
Person Specification
Enthusiastic, productive, target driven individual, with exceptional communication and previous sales skills. Confidence in handling inbound and making outbound calls to customers who have requested a call back. The role requires the candidate to be self motivate, reliable and be able to inject personality, compassion and warmth into calls.
Essential to the job
Exceptional communication skills and confidence in warm selling and able to handle objections tactfully
Ability to present solutions, give information that will encourage them to book the initial consultation
Able to manage enquires from existing customers and treated customers about after care
Enjoys working in a highly competitive and target driven environment
Able to sell the benefits of coming for a free consultation, booking the appointment or sending out information pack for later follow up
Proactive approach to developing own knowledge of refractive solutions and technology
Knowledge of refractive surgery competitor and able to highlight the benefits and what separates us from the competition
Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of customer journey including the treatment processes
Able to explain aftercare program and alternative locations
Able to navigate confidently around database to check consultation availability, review history and arrange treatments
Attention to detail and system input accuracy
Confident in speaking to customers who are/have cancelled consultations with the aim of getting them to keep the appointment or rebook.
Desirable to the job:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office based computer applications is an advantage.
Role Purpose:
Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to achieve maximum consultation bookings. Handling enquires from existing customers about aftercare enquires and book aftercare appointments.
Key Outputs / Responsibilities:
Achieving pre-set targets
Maximize the opportunities to book consultation
Offering provisional treatment dates if this helps the customer plan their time
Excellent call quality- through presenting the benefits of coming to the free consultation, demonstrating your knowledge, enthusiasm, building rapport, demonstrating the ability to overcome objections within calls.
Recording outcomes after speaking to customers- on specific customer or sales systems Requesting call backs to get clinic advice or clinic contact to the customer
Retaining cancelled appointments by handling concerns or objections
