Job Description

EXTERNAL AGENTS ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: Leeds SALARY: £15,000

ROLE INFORMATION: This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our blue chip clients in Leeds as a External Agents Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES: To act as liaison between our client and the panel of outsource agents to ensure that queries and issues are dealt with in a timely way thus ensuring collections are maximised. Dealing with and responding to queries/disputes generated by the external agents Dealing with ad hoc telephone enquiries from the external agents requesting information about specific accounts. To ensure weekly status reports are received from each of the agents. Building relationships with agents.

KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Previous experience of dealing with clients or suppliers by telephone is desirable Educated to GCSE standard C or above in Maths and English or qualified by experience Overall and desirable qualities Good communication skills both written and verbal Experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook To deal with all tasks in a logical and organized manner
