Job Description
Our client are a reputable national skills and training organisation, and require an additional member to thier already successful team in the new Leeds office. You will be required to conduct lesson plans for individuals from various backgrounds, looking to return to work.
You will be able to deal with clients who have various barriers, and be able to develop thier skills, mainly lieracy and numeracy, as well as providing the right advice and mentoring in order to attain eventual employment or job placement.
This is a demanding role and candidates should be able to deal with various issues and problems. Previous experience in a similar role teaching young adults would be advantageous, however you must be able to control a classroom environment, and be able to produce results.
